About Me

Hi, I'm Masha — a mom, expat, and yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice. I work full-time and know firsthand how easy it is to lose touch with our bodies and inner calm in the rush of daily life. Yoga has been my anchor — a way to reconnect, to breathe, and to come home to myself — and it's that connection I love sharing with others.

Alongside my full-time work, I teach yoga to share this sense of connection. My classes focus on conscious movement — creating space to truly feel what's happening in your body and mind. I create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your body's potential while honoring its current limitations.

I'm fascinated by the nervous system and how asana practice can support it - how mindful movement and breath can calm, regulate, and restore balance from the inside out. Through movement, breath, and awareness, we strengthen not just our muscles but our whole being.

I love the sense of community yoga creates — people coming together, taking time to care for themselves, and leaving class feeling more grounded and alive.

Whether you're just beginning or deepening your practice, I'd love to guide you in discovering how yoga can support your body, mind, and daily life.

My Teaching Philosophy

  • • Mindful Movement: Each pose is an invitation to slow down, listen, and truly feel what's happening in your body and breath.
  • • Inclusive Practice: Yoga is for every body — every age, every shape, every ability. I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.
  • • Holistic Wellness: Our practice goes beyond the mat — nurturing not just strength and flexibility, but also calm, clarity, and inner balance in daily life.
  • • Science Meets Soul: I weave evidence-based understanding of anatomy and movement into my classes, blending mindful awareness with a grounded, scientific approach to safe and effective practice.
  • • Community Connection: Yoga brings us together — through shared breath, laughter, and the simple joy of moving as one.

My Background

  • • 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)
  • • Certified in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga
